A lot of Hollywood films take place in Asia. The new Nicolas Cage film Bangkok Dangerous takes us to Bangkok. And of course in Bangkok there are Thai girls. And that we like. The girl in the photo is Panward Hemmanee and she is in the movie. I wonder how Mrs. Cage feels about all this… 😉
While not exactly an Asian Siren, Phoebe’s roots are Chinese/Filipino and Russian/Jewish, a lethal combination not unlike that of the lovely Maria Ozawa!
Born in NYC on July 16, 1963 no one knew that she would turn into the 5’ 6” Snow White of a woman that she was, and still is today. She studied ballet at the School of American Ballet in NYC until she suffered a knee injury that started her on her path to the silver screen. Like most of the women on AS she was a model and did some TV commercials as well. Her big break came when she played the part of Sarah in the 1982 movie “Paradise” a knock off of “Blue Lagoon” (Brooke Shields, NOT an Asian Siren).
The actress formerly known as Phoebe Cates has been in other movies like Gremlins and Gremlins II, but the one we all remember the best is Fast Times… C’mon now! You can’t honestly tell me (the guys at least) that you watch Fast Times at Ridgemont High for any other reason than Phoebe Cates! Well, I watch it because I love the 80s and because it’s crazy funny, too. Every time Comedy Central shows it I have to run to my computer and see Phoebe’s boobies again. Science damn it, she’s got quite a pair! While not button busters they have got to be one of the most perfect pair I have ever laid eyes on
Alas one day in nineteen-eighty-nine
Sweet Phoebe was taken from the world of men
And turned into a Kline…

Phoebe Cates has been married to actor Kevin Kline since 1989 and they have two lovely children, Owen and Greta. And she’s still hot!
Che Yong-Li is her name and she acted in a couple of Chinese movies. That’s about all I could find out about her. Check out some more photo’s of this FHM China shoot in
Three words: Kung Fu Hustle! If you’ve seen the movie you’ll recognize this Chinese beauty as Fong, the mute ice cream vendor who gets robbed by Sing (Stephen Chow’s character). When Sing was a boy he tried to save Fong from a gang of bullies only to be beated and peed on. Fong tries to thank him by offering Sing the lollipop the boys were after. Sing takes out his anger and frustration on Fong by breaking the lollipop. Later Sing recognizes Fong for who she is.
A graduate of Beijing Film Academy’s Drama Institute, Eva was picked up by Stephen Chow to play his (sort of) love interest in the 2004 movie Kung Fu Hustle. She was born (February 11, 1983) and raised in Shanghai, China by parents (her father is a professor, educated in America and her mother is a newspaper editor) who would have rather seen her as a successful business woman than an entertainment personality. She has quickly risen to be one of the most popular stars of this current generation.
Her Chinese name is Huang Sheng-Yi but is also known as Eva Huang. She’s 165cm tall and an elegant 44kg. Her interests are martial arts, singing, dancing and performing. She also enjoys traveling and loves the water. Eva is all over the media. She has graced the sets of soap operas, feature films, music videos as well as a number of advertisments.
Huang prefers roles that portray strong women such as martial artists or police officers and is apparently a very strong and capable woman herself. She supports numerous charities and foundations such as (paraphrased from the English translation of her website) The Support for Deaf and Dumb Children in Xi’an, The Support for Empyrosis (I couldn’t find a definition for that word, sorry guys) Children in Liaoning and the Foundation for Elders Cataract. She’s also been named as China’s Philanthropic Ambassador, China’s Poverty Assisting Ambassador as well as the torch bearer for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. A good reason to watch the opening ceremony, if you didn’t already have one.
Currently appearing in the film The Forbidden Kingdom, I recently happened upon some pics of 20 year old Chinese actress/singer Liu Yi Fei. (aka Liu Yifei or Yifei Liu) I was quite taken by her beautiful face. I’m sure she would qualify under Lee’s definition of delicate features. You can find her detailed bio on Wikipedia. Here she is singing in a music video. For more lovely pics of Liu Yi Fei, click
Rosa Kato (born June 22, 1985, in Naples, Italy) is a half-Italian (father) and half-Japanese (mother) actress and full-time commercial model. Kato has been appearing in a large string of TV commercials even before venturing to the field of acting. She became popular after having done the TV commercial for Zexy because of her unique brown eyes.Kato was born in Naples, Italy, where she lived until the age of 6. She spoke fluent Italian when she was still little, but she completely lost the capability of speaking it when she was 6. At the age of 6, Kato and her parents moved to Kagoshima, Japan.
Most of the TV advertisements and commercials of Kato are usually colorful and lively. She had done an ice cream commercial for Glico and a lipstick commercial for Maxfactor. However, the TV advertisement that brought her to fame was her commercial for the bridal magazine, Zekushi (Zexy).
Later in 2005, she started to appear in Japanese television dramas in supporting roles. A year later, she bagged the Best Newcomer Award for her performance in the Japanese television drama, Dance Drill from the most prominent entertainment magazine in Japan, Television.
She was finally able to star in her own drama two years after her television breakthrough on 2005. Her drama, Jotei, where she starred alongside Hana Yori Dango star, Matsuda Shota was unfortunately a minor success in Tokyo yet a satisfactory hit in the Kansai region.
She is also a regular on NHK’s Italian language study program.
