Pace Wu (in MAXIM Hong Kong)

When I was in Hong Kong at the beginning of this month, I picked up some magazines. One of them was the MAXIM. (I also bought a more explicit magazine, but I will post from that one later on ;-)) Featured in this September issue is a beautiful lady named Pace Wu. Allmosty all text is in Chinese, so the only info I could extract was her name. But then a Google search was more informative.

Pace Wu (born 1978) is a Chinese (Taiwanese) actress, pop-singer and model! On her official site there are some nice glamour style photo’s and some information, unfortunately mostly in Chinese. There is quite a lot of info on her to be found on the web, so if this posting isn’t enough for you, be my guest and Google on! Or just check these photo’s on ChinaStar.com

Miss Thailand didn’t expect to have to live there

Australian beauty Angela MacKay has handed back her Miss Thailand crown just 10 days after winning it, saying her entirely unexpected triumph interfered with her modeling career. “I really went into the competition because I just wanted to learn how to speak Thai and I wanted to have a Thai experience,” said the 21-year-old from Perth with an Australian father and a Thai mother.”I wanted to just learn about Thai culture. I honestly didn’t expect to win at all. It was a very, very big surprise to me,” she said before heading back to New York late on Tuesday to go back to modeling.

MacKay said she had been persuaded to enter by relatives in Thailand when she came for a visit and hadn’t realized that the title required her to stay in the country for the coming year.

She returned the prize money of 1 million baht, a diamond crown worth 800,000 baht and a car.

Thailand will send second placed Sirinda Jensen to the Miss World contest in China in December. Jensen is half Thai and half Dutch.

Remembering Peter van Aarle

Everyone who is in the adult business knows Peter van Aarle, the Dutch brain behind portals as r.a.m.e. and iafd (international adult film database). Last Sunday Peter had a heart attack and passed away later that evening at the hospital. Peter was only 42 years.

Peter, rest in peace and I will never forget you and the work you did for the adult community!

Vanessa Minnillo is the current Maxim covergirl as can be seen in the above picture. You can find 4 pictures plus an excerpt of her interview with Maxim on maximonline.com. Vanessa is half Filipina and half Italian/Irish and as noted in the Maxim feature is an MTV VJ and Entertainment Tonight reporter. She got her start in the entertainment business competing and winning beauty pageants most notably Miss Teen USA.

There are not a lot of pictures of Vanessa online based on a google image search but here is a nice one in a bikini (not from Maxim):

Vanessa has previously been featured as model of the week on askmen.com which includes her biography and comments about how they rate her according to certain criteria.

I found Charisse at her Yahoo Group. She is new to the modeling business, but judging by her activities, I have a feeling she will be quite famous pretty soon! On her official site you will find a lot of information (even her workingschedule) and some photo’s. In her Yahoo group she is also active in the messages area. And of course she has a MySpace. She doesn’t do nude. I think I will let Charisse introduce herself! 😉

I did not find Roley Chiu, he found us. When I visited his website after a comment he made on this site, I was impressed with what I saw. Very stylish glamour photography, but still with an artistic edge. And beautiful Asian girls! Six of them are also introduced on the site. (I may have to do some extra postings on them :-))

It was very difficult to choose a photo for this posting, so I chose three! 😉 All of 21 year old Korean Jenny Jung. But be sure to check out his other models.

Who is Roley Chiu?
