Anyone that pays attention to the Tumblr circuit, which I don’t, is probably familiar with the above photo. It’s been through nearly every Tumblr account that follows Asian women and tattooed women, because if you like both, the model is pretty much perfect.

But no one had a name, and no one credited the place it was taken from. It’s from a gallery by a photographer named Roger Chua. You can find the gallery here, and see some of his other models here. Unfortunately I don’t have a last name and try as I might I couldn’t find any photos from any other photographers, but at least part of the mystery is solved.Stats:

Aiko is a webcam model from CamWithHer. When I first found the gallery I thought it may be Aiko Tanaka with some photoshopping but now I’m convinced they are not the same girl, as it looks like this model may be mixed blood (also they don’t look alike, so that was a contributing factor). She doesn’t have any photos that are too revealing for a cam model but I suspect she does more on her cam show. More galleries can be found at the above link at the bottom.

A Chinese model with freckles, what’s that all about? Well turns out this one has a bit of South African blood in her somewhere. Meng Lu has quite a bit of an internet following, helped no doubt by the many pics of her walking around crowed places in skimpy clothing with large hand made signs on cardboard. Bet she’s gutted there’s no wall street protests in China, she’d be right at home plus we all might have paid a bit more attention with her strutting around.

Aja is a journalist and grad student from Hawaii, and is one of the top ten finalists in Maxim’s Hometown Hotties contest for 2011. She is also the only finalist of Asian ethnicity that is left in this year’s competition. If you like her and want to show your support, you can do so by casting a vote on Maxim’s site here.Usually I will keep an eye on Maxim’s contest to see which Asian contestants participate, but I haven’t paid much attention to this year’s contest until I saw a video of Aja on my YouTube subscriptions. I got a look at Aja, and thought that she was stunning with gorgeous eyes and a cute smile.

The only knock that I have on Aja is that she’s not as slim as I would have liked to have seen her. Other than that, I really like the way Aja looks and wish her the best in winning this contest. She definitely has my vote.
