There is a style of song and dance in northestern Thailand called Mor Lam. They do big shows on outdoor stages with singers and lots of dancers, usually in cute little outfits. Some of the dances are very energetic. If any of you have been up country in Thailand to one of these shows you know what I mean.
I guess they have costume malfunctions sometimes. I never saw one like this before. She seems to be not wearing any underwear. (Photo quality is poor due to it being a video capture).
