  1. Here is a good opportunity to compare and contrast Lynda and Sophi, both featured by iStudio. The photos iStudio, or Sohpi, selected give no warmth. They have that cold, calculating, eye of the tiger look. Sophi could in reality be sweet as sugar, but one would never know from these. Lynda makes me smile and has a wholesome happiness about her.

  2. She looks to be outstanding. I’d like to see some photos that aren’t so stylized, though.

  3. jleetechie, they probably have no warmth because she’s doing fashion modeling! lol. i think the kind of modeling lynda does is very different from the kind of modeling that sophi does.

that being said, i don’t really like her nose? it seems like it’s too narrow for her face. her nostrils are tiny and… not round? kind of pointy-shaped?! it doesn’t look like she’s had the typical work done (e.g. smacking on a ginormous nasal ridge), but maybe she got the tip of her nose reshaped? there’s just something kind of off about it, and i can’t really put my finger on it.

  4. She looks quite pretty here. But as she is a fashion model, I await the posting of pics in which the removal of her make-up reveals her to be a plain and homely blank slate type. (^_^)

  5. “I’m shufflin’ thru the Texas
    sand,
    …but my head’s in Mississippi.”

I can’t comment on Sophi here because i am still “hooked on Lynda”….you know how you have to eat crackers or something in between tasting different wines? Well, I ain’t got no crackers here!

The photos are too stylized for my taste.

How do Vietnamese-Americans wind up in Mississippi? Anyone? Bueller?

  6. “How do Vietnamese-Americans wind up in Mississippi?”

Immigrants drawn to hot and humid climates like that of Vietnam. Many became gulf shrimp fishers.

  7. In Texas and New Orleans- yes…I just did not hear of a Vietnamese community in Mississippi. I need to travel more…

By the way, the USA’s first Vietnamese-American in the US Congress is from New Orleans – Anh “Joseph” Cao…(ever seen his wife? That’s one lucky SOB!)

But as far as shrimp farming- I remember now that Lt. Dan (Forrest Gump movie fame) married an Asian woman in that movie after the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company became succesful…I think she was Korean though…

  8. I think I’m in love with this one….
Fabulous, gorgeous, enchanting and extremely feminine. What more could a boy want other than triplets?

  9. Beautiful Vietnamese women slay me. One of the prettiest combinations of features and slinky bodies on the planet. mmmmmmm….. she’s hot.

  10. I’m not a huge fan of Vietnamese women but Sophi looks fabulous in all of her glamour shots. Having said that, I’d like to see her in some more candid photos. Every one of the pics above look like they’ve been photoshopped and/or airbrushed to high heaven so it’s a bit difficult to see the “real” Sophi in there…

  11. As everyone knows, I am normally very suspicious of such highly stylised photos. However, in this case, this girl clearly has excellent features, which are consistent throughout all the photos, and which I feel would always shine through. Still, some more natural photos would certainly be nice!

  12. Wow! what a difference between the two.
(iStudio i mean) Neither one makes my heart skip a beat, but to me these are more interesting to look at because all of the elements are so much well done. This type of model likely ends up in magazines most men never buy.

  13. doc, implicit in your comment must be that the nose is natural? was wondering what your thoughts were.

  14. oh and as a nod to the photographer of said bright orange lipstick in #3, ordinarily when seeing the photographers lights in the models eye’s I think, at worst, amateurish. And at best, going for a look but failing. In this case, going for a look and nailing it.

  15. Oooh this girl is a beauty. I’d really like to see less artsy photos of her, it’s hard to really tell what she looks like in some of them, but she’s a true beauty. I love the first pic, she reminds of a beautiful Viet girl I’ve know for years.
