E.J. Masuda – Asian Divas group featured cover model

E.J. Masuda

E.J. Masuda, onetime blogger for Asian Sirens, is the featured cover model for my Asian Divas Yahoo Group for the month of October.

When E.J. first introduced herself on Asian Sirens, I was very impressed and immediately thought about asking to feature her on my Asian Diva group‘s cover page. When I read a message in the group that expressed a similar interest in E.J. Masuda, I went ahead and asked E.J. if she was interested and the rest is herstory. There don’t tend to be a lot of comments about the cover models I feature but just read the following today from Malcom (a group member) in response to my e-mail announcement about featuring E.J. Masuda “Wow, E.J. is HOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT! woah!”. I couldn’t have said it better myself and I will leave you with a couple photos as further proof.

  1. On some pictures it looks like she has a lot of non-Asian blood.

What is her background? Where’s she from?

  2. She’s an LA Native of mostly Japanese decent with a “touch of Russian”. I’ve seen her post on here a few times. I guess she’s been busy lately.

  3. As JoeCool mentions, I think that E.J. Masuda has been quite busy lately. I know she was out of town at least a couple times according to her MySpace page.

BTW, when I say “onetime”, I literally meant that she has blogged on Asian Sirens just once thus far. I guess it was sort of a play on words so I just wanted to clarify what I meant.

  4. I can’t say I’m suprised she used Asian Sirens the way she did. Luckily she’s cute enough to get away with just about anything. 😉

  5. Lee, I disagree that she used Asian Sirens. All she did was introduce herself and made a few comments such as welcoming Robin back from Vietnam. In fact, her introduction posting was arguably less promotional than this one I wrote. I think we are fortunate to have had her grace Asian Sirens (as I am grateful that she kindly agreed to grace the cover of my group’s cover page) and that if anything we should encourage her when she has more free time to come back and blog. Just my 2 cents!

  6. Thanks Lee for clarifying! The casual reader (such as myself) may have not caught that you weren’t being serious with the first part of that comment.
