Her breast mass sits almost entirely below her nipples, which never happens with natural breast tissue – even with the perkiest natural breasts, the nipples will not sit on top of the breast tissue in this way (they will tend to sit at the point of maximum vertical projection, not well above it). This is quite common with submuscular implants however, especially when they are wide and flat (Francine Dee is an extreme example).

23. I`m not convinced that they are fake. The first time I saw my wife topless I said, `Nisemono desu ka?`(Are those fake?) Round, perfectly symmetrical and the nipples were definitely sitting on top of the breast tissue. Some girls are just blessed with great tits.
