BTW, for those of you not familiar with Vietnamese pronunciation, Thuy is pronounced ‘twee’ (Li is pronounced ‘lee’).

Technically, you would say a “set of boobs” OR a “nice rack”. A rack implies both boobs, so you don’t have to say “set” when referring to a nice rack on a woman.
