Rita Dytuco
was born in the Philippines and moved to Vancouver, Canada when she was 6 years old.
She discovers sports during high school and devoted most of her high school years to
basketball, soccer, volleyball, and softball. She is a former amateur bodybuilder
who has since moved in the direction of fitness. "I didn't really like the hard look
I got from bodybuilding, but my fans keep telling me how much they like the way I
look when I'm more muscular, so I'm still experimenting to find the best combination
of aesthetics and muscle."
Milimar Flores was competing in a fitness show when she made the acquaintace
of pro bodybuilder Milos Sarcev. They subsequently married and if the science of
genetics has any validity are likely to create some of the best-built, most beautiful
children on the planet.
Dina dela Llana is an IFBB pro fitness competitor. She did a layout for Denise
Masino's MUSCLE ELEGANCE Magazine which lead to her being included in a PLAYBOY
"Hardbodies" issue.
Mona Roberts is easily the best female bodybuilder on Guam. Aside from her
considerable abilities as a physique competitor, she is also known for the fact that
Ms. Olympia Lenda Murray met her future husband while training at Mona's gym.
Dawn Riehl was probably the most exotic young woman in Nebraska as she was
growing up, especially when she took up bodybuilding and began to develop her
muscles. That development paid off for Dawn in 1999 when she won the middleweight
class of the NPC USA Championships.

is a world-acclaimed art book featuring figures studies of top female bodybuilders and
physique competitors. It has to date sold more than 45,000 copies.
"For years people were claiming that women bodybuilders
could not be attractive, much less sexy," says Steve Wennerstrom, editor of Women's
Physique World, "but after seeing the pictures in this book, particularly the beautiful
nudes, I doubt many could continue to make that claim with any honesty."
"The Women" went into its 3rd printing in January, 1999 and is the most successful
book on female bodybuilding of all time.
