Lynn Thomas
I'm glad to introduce to you once more Lynn Thomas, Playmate of May 1997. As a
former studio art major at a college near New York City, Lynn is slowly becoming the
new Femme Fatale of the Internet!
Some background
Lynn's parents met in Saigon, where her father was stationed during the Vietnam war, and
settled near Virginia Beach. They divorced when Lynn was five, and her mother raised her
and her older sister while working as a manicurist.
When Lynn was a freshman in college she met someone who had the pleasure of knowing
Pompeo Posar, Playboy's signature photographer, from long ago. When he proposed that
Lynn send in her photos, she told him the idea was ludicrous (due to her traditional
Asian upbringing). Now the part everyone loves: Lynn went back to Virginia to visit her
Mom, not long after this incident, and as they were trying on bathing suits together,
her mother happened to look over and declare, "Lynn, you have Playboy breasts!" Well
now, if that wasn't the oddest statement to leave her Mother's ultra-traditional
Asian lips! She couldn't believe that this woman, who taught her modesty, dignity,
and respect would tell her to share her body with the world! To this point she had
never layed eyes on a Playboy Magazine but she thought that if her Mother supported
her, it must be worth considering.

The rest of her career is known. After her appearance as Playmate of May 1997, she appeared
in various Playboy Newsstands. More recently she was featured in two Leg Show Magazines and
appeared on various websites. I'm sure we will see more of Lynn on the net soon!
FYI, Lynn worked together for the first time with Kim Mizuno
in Vegas for a Playboy shoot back in January and she will appear in the 2001 East West calendar!
